Evidence engines
For reports, grant applications, ESG files, equality work, and any process where the source material is scattered but the final answer has to be precise.
Summit Studios · custom AI systems
We build calm AI systems for the messy middle of organisations: evidence, reports, documents, handovers, and decisions people still need to own.

Project anatomy
The studio position
Summit Studios is for teams who have real constraints, sensitive information, imperfect data, and no appetite for a shiny system that nobody trusts after the first demo.
What we make
For reports, grant applications, ESG files, equality work, and any process where the source material is scattered but the final answer has to be precise.
Search, compare, extract, and review contracts, policies, field notes, submissions, and research without pretending every document is clean.
Small internal tools that turn messy data into choices, next steps, and review points your team can actually stand behind.
House rules
How we enter the work
The project usually begins with something someone says all the time: “we do this manually,” “we never trust that file,” or “only one person knows where it is.”
We map the evidence, people, handoffs, risks, and judgment calls. The first design artifact is often a workflow, not a screen.
A prototype should make the idea easier to judge. It uses real examples where possible and makes the limits obvious early.
Every critical output needs a clear owner, a review moment, and a way to challenge the system when it is uncertain.
The feel we are after
The best AI tool is often not the loudest thing in the room. It is the thing that makes a repeated task shorter, makes uncertainty visible, and gives the next person a better place to start.
That is the personality we want in the software: composed, opinionated, and easy to argue with.

The duplicated spreadsheet. The folder nobody wants to open. The report that eats a week every quarter. We will help you decide what should be automated, what should be redesigned, and what should stay human.
